The Indian Health Service (IHS), Portland Area Office, intends to award a sole source contract to ScriptPro USA, Inc. for the lease and support of a robotic prescription dispensing system at the Chemawa Indian Health Center. The contract will include maintenance, support, and an upgrade of the workflow platform server operating system. The system supports outpatient pharmacy operations, medication safety, and continuity of direct patient care. The period of performance will be from 04/01/2026 to 03/31/2031, with four option years.
