Description
The City of Boston, on behalf of Boston Public Schools, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide continuous frozen and dry food storage as well as trailer delivery services for its Food & Nutrition Services. The contract will cover storage of perishable and non‑perishable items and the regular transportation of these goods to school locations, ensuring product integrity and timely delivery.
• Provide refrigerated (frozen) and ambient (dry) storage facilities meeting food‑safety standards.
• Operate and manage delivery trailers, scheduling regular drop‑offs to designated school sites.
• Maintain inventory controls, temperature monitoring, and documentation required by the school district.
• Must submit a sealed bid through the City of Boston Supplier Portal by the deadline.
