Description
The City of Temple, Georgia, is seeking statements of qualifications and proposals from engineering firms to provide preliminary engineering report, design, and construction administration services for federally assisted projects. The selected firm will assist the city with the preliminary engineering report, design services, and construction administration services for a project involving water infrastructure improvements. The firm should have experience in working with local governments and federal funds, and should be qualified to provide a preliminary engineering report, design, and construction administration services. The proposal should include information such as the firm's history and resources, federal funds engineering experience, key personnel, current workload, scope and level of service proposed, and fee percentages.
• The project is subject to federal and state contract provisions prescribed by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs and other federal agencies.
• The project may be subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABA) and the firm should be aware of the requirements.
• The firm should provide a statement of qualifications and proposals, including all required documents and information.
• The city reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities in the proposal process.
• The city may conduct interviews with a shortlisted number of proposers before awarding the contract.
