Description
Murray State University seeks a comprehensive, cloud‑based Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform to consolidate authentication, authorization, and user lifecycle management for faculty, staff, students, guests and alumni. The solution must provide SSO across 60+ applications, robust MFA options, bi‑directional synchronization with the university’s Active Directory, group provisioning, SIEM integration (Elastic/Kibana), and optional reverse‑proxy access for legacy on‑prem applications. Vendors must also supply support SLAs, detailed security controls, and be able to support a multi‑year contract (minimum three years).
• Cloud SaaS IAM with SSO, MFA (push, SMS, hardware token) and policy‑based controls
• Full user provisioning, RBAC, dynamic/static groups, and bi‑directional AD sync
• Integration with >60 target applications, Elastic/Kibana SIEM, and reverse‑proxy for on‑prem apps
