Notice of Intent to Sole Source L3 Harris Panoramic NVG's

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, firm fixed price contract with L3 Technologies, INC. for the purpose of procuring panoramic night vision goggles. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. • The contract is for a one-time procurement of panoramic night vision goggles. • The technology is proprietary and L3 Technologies only sells these products direct to the government. • Interested parties may identify their interests and/or capabilities statement to this requirement by contacting Contracting Officer Brian Ames via email. • The Government may consider competitive procurement based on responses to this notice.
