Description
The U.S. Customs and Border Protection is seeking a contractor to provide grounds maintenance and pest control services. The contractor will be required to provide a technical quotation, pricing, and a signed copy of the solicitation. The period of performance will be from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027, with an option to extend for an additional year. The contractor will be evaluated based on their ability to satisfy the statement of work and their prior experience.
• The contractor must provide grounds maintenance services, including lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal.
• The contractor must provide pest control services, including the removal of insects, rodents, and other pests.
• The contractor must have experience in providing similar services to government agencies or large organizations.
