Description
The Illinois Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for a sub-compact tractor and attachments for the Division of Wildlife. The tractor should have a minimum of 20 engine HP and 17 PTO HP, and meet EPA Tier 4 compliance standards. The attachments should include a front quick-attach/detach loader with quick-attach bucket, metal grill guard, and bucket level indicator rod. The tractor and attachments must be delivered to IDNR 14523 Nutwood Road, Fieldon, Il 62031.
• The tractor should have an open center hydraulic system with tandem pumps and a minimum of 6 gpm total hydraulic flow.
• The tractor should have a hydrostatic drive transmission with rear differential lock and multi-range transmission.
• The tractor should have a category 1 3-point hitch with a minimum of 1200 lbs. capacity at lift point and 650 lbs. 24” behind.
• The tractor should have painted steel rims with front tires 18x8.50-10 and rear tires 26x12.00-12.
• The tractor should have safety equipment including two post foldable rollover protection with retractable seat belt, flip up PTO shield, parking brake, and safety start switches.
• The loader should have a minimum lift capacity of 600 lbs. at bucket.
• The implements should include a quick attach pallet fork with 1000lb capacity, 60” wide 3-point disc harrow, 42” 3-point rotary tiller, and 48” 3-point utility rotary mower.
