Collection Agency Services for El Paso County,Texas

The El Paso County, Texas is seeking proposals for collection agency services to collect outstanding fines, fees, and costs. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing immediate and consistent collection efforts, returning collected monies to the County in a timely manner, and demonstrating past successful results. The vendor must address all points in the specifications and keep their response in the same order as the points are listed in the RFP. The term of the agreement is for four years, with the option to renew for up to three additional one-year terms. The vendor will be paid a Collection Agency Fee (CAF) of up to 30% of the collected amounts.
