Description
The State of Nevada, Department of Motor Vehicles, is soliciting bids for the production of Dealer Reassignment of Title forms. The required forms should have specific features such as 2 PMS with Iridescent Void Pantograph, three color fade, 24# White Docucheck Basic FF TA4 paper, artificial watermark, microline printing safety block, and invisible fibers. The successful bidder will be required to provide 230,000 forms.
• The forms should be 8 ½ x 11 in size.
• The forms should have a standard red consecutive number in one position.
• The paper should be chemically sensitized to solvents and other chemicals.
• The successful bidder should provide ten (10) test samples.
• The forms should have a specific shipping requirement, with 100,000 forms to be shipped to the Department of Motor Vehicles in Las Vegas and 130,000 forms to be shipped to the Department of Motor Vehicles in Carson City.
