Professional Engineering Services for Four (4) Water Infrastructure Projects

St. Johns County is seeking professional engineering services for four water infrastructure projects. The projects include the Trout Creek Water Treatment Plant, Northwest to CR214 Finished Water Blend & Transfer Station, CR214 Water Treatment Plant Reliability Upgrades, and the CR214 Future Improvements Facility Plan. The services required may include planning, evaluation, design, permitting, hydraulic modeling, bidding assistance, and construction phase services. The successful bidder will be expected to provide these services for multiple water infrastructure projects within the Mainland Utility Service Area.
