RFP Cincinnati-Dayton 747 Corridor Comprehensive Planning Study

West Chester Township is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional planning services for the Cincinnati-Dayton 747 Corridor Comprehensive Planning Study.The purpose of this project is to update and amend the Township’s comprehensive plan for the approximately 3,200-acre Cincinnati-Dayton Road and State Route 747 corridor. The selected firm will assist the Township in evaluating existing conditions and developing strategic, actionable recommendations to guide future land use, infrastructure investment, and development policy decisions.The Request for Proposals (RFP) was issued on January 28, 2026.
