DSCR Gym Repairs

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a contractor to repair and improve the existing gym facility at the Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR). The work includes removing and storing exercise equipment, disposing of the existing water fountain and black mats, removing and replacing the existing VCT tile, filling cracks in the concrete floor, polishing the concrete floor, and sealing the concrete with a minimum of two coats of sealer. The contractor must also prime and paint the walls and doors, and provide a site visit prior to submission of the quote. • Remove and store exercise equipment • Dispose of the existing water fountain and black mats • Remove and replace the existing VCT tile • Fill cracks in the concrete floor • Polish the concrete floor • Seal the concrete with a minimum of two coats of sealer • Prime and paint the walls and doors
