Test Facility Pump System Replacement

The United States Air Force (USAF) is seeking proposals for the design and demonstration of a raw water supply system replacement at Arnold Air Force Base, TN. The project includes designing, procuring, and installing a new six-pump raw water system, as well as designing and constructing a new free-standing building to house the new system. The goal is to replace the aging system with a more reliable and flexible one, integrating it with the existing site infrastructure while minimizing operational downtime. Key requirements include: • Designing and constructing a new free-standing building to house the new system • Integrating the new pumps and building with existing site infrastructure while minimizing operational downtime • Delivering a complete and operational cooling water system, including pump assemblies, piping, valves, electrical infrastructure, and a local PLC-based control system • Meeting the detailed requirements outlined in the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO) and Performance Parameters documents
