FY27 Coca Cola Products for Mexia State Supported

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish a blanket purchase order for Coca Cola products and juices for Mexia State Supported Living Center. The contract will be for a period of time, with an estimated historical spend of $20,000.00. The contractor will be required to provide the goods and services as specified in the IFB. • The contractor must submit a comprehensive response, including all required information and documentation. • The contractor must have the capacity to provide the goods and services described in the IFB. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a pricing sheet, completed and signed. • The contractor must provide a warranty resolution form, completed and signed.
