Description
The General Services Administration is seeking a qualified contractor to provide complete facility support services, including operation and maintenance, custodial, pest control, exterior grounds maintenance, snow removal, and other related services for various locations in Montana. The contract will be a firm fixed-price contract for a one-year base period with nine one-year options. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure the efficient, economical, and satisfactory operation of the facilities. The contractor must have experience in maintaining and operating multiple-tenant, multi-story buildings, high-security areas, and individually conditioned IT server rooms.

* Efficient, economical, and satisfactory operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, testing, inspection, and repair of equipment and systems
* Required contract reports/reporting
