The Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts is seeking a professional services firm to act as a Legislative Liaison, providing comprehensive legislative and governmental‑relations support for the state judicial branch. The contractor will monitor legislation, analyze policy impacts, develop strategy, and communicate with legislators and stakeholders, delivering weekly reports during session and monthly reports in interim periods. The work is performed under a fixed‑price contract valued at $120 K per year, spanning from November 2026 through December 2027, with strict reporting, confidentiality, and lobbying compliance requirements. • Deliver legislative monitoring, analysis, and strategic recommendations for the Courts. • Produce weekly (session) and monthly (interim) written reports, and support testimony and stakeholder engagement. • Maintain compliance with Washington lobbying registration, conflict‑of‑interest disclosures, and confidentiality standards while adhering to a $120 K ceiling.
