Description
The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to repair the roofs of six Missile Alert Facilities (MAFs) at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana. The project involves demolishing the existing roofing system, including asphalt shingles, underlayment, ice and water shield, gutters, soffit, and fascia, and installing a new roofing system. The contractor will be responsible for providing all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the project. The project has a estimated magnitude of $500,000 to $1,000,000 and a performance period of 168 calendar days.
