Description
The State of Illinois is seeking a vendor to provide preventative maintenance services for a Tecan instrument located at the Illinois State Police, Springfield Forensic Science Laboratory. The services include on-site preventative maintenance, repair, updates, and testing. The vendor must use original, genuine, and unused Tecan parts and be certified by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO17025). The contract is expected to be completed within 30 days of the effective date. Key aspects of the job include:
* Cleaning and greasing of instruments
* Adjustments and replacement of wear and tear parts
* Volume verification testing of each liquid handling arm
