Description
The City of Austin is seeking a contractor to provide services to remove, replace, and install oil reels, dispenser nozzles, pumps, and related parts at three Service Centers. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, parts, equipment, materials, tools, supervision, and transportation necessary to perform the specified repairs. The contractor must have a minimum of three years of experience providing parts and repair services to municipalities or organizations similar in size and scope to the City. The contractor must also be a manufacturer-authorized parts dealer/reseller for the requested OEM parts.
Some key aspects of the job include:
• Removing and replacing oil reels, dispenser nozzles, and pumps at three Service Centers
• Providing new OEM Graco and OEM Speedaire parts for the specified equipment
• Performing installation work at designated City Service Centers
• Notifying the City of any hidden damage discovered during the repair process
• Completing the installation within the timeframe specified in the estimate
• Providing a 12-month labor warranty for all repair services
