Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Department for Facilities and Support Services, is soliciting bids for the RFB-278-26 FSS- TCOB Roof Project. The project consists of selective roof overlay and full roof replacement areas at the Transportation Cabinet Office Building in Frankfort, Kentucky. The scope of work includes installing a cold-applied 2-ply modified bitumen membrane over 1/2" cover board, removing and reconstructing existing roof deck and substrate assemblies, and installing new pre-finished metal coping caps and stainless steel expansion joint flashings.
• The project requires bidders to submit their bids electronically through the Commonwealth's eProcurement system.
• A site visit is scheduled for 6/9/2026 at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time, and interested contractors are encouraged to attend.
• The solicitation responses must be received by electronic submission through the eProcurement system by 07/02/2026 at 13:30.
