Description
The Iowa Department of Administrative Services is seeking bids for the replacement of the fire alarm system throughout the Iowa Medical Classification Center (IMCC) facility. The project is expected to begin on December 17, 2025, and end on June 26, 2026. Bidders must comply with all affirmative action/equal employment opportunity provisions of the State of Iowa and the Federal Government. The project is exempt from Iowa Sales Tax, and Davis Bacon Wages will not apply.
• The bid security shall be 5% of the total bid amount.
• The bid shall be submitted on the IMPACS Electronic Procurement System.
• Bidding documents, including drawing sheets and the project manual, may be obtained from Rapids Reproduction.
• An optional pre-bid meeting will be held on October 29, 2025, at 10:30 am at IMCC.
• Questions must be submitted by November 4, 2025, to the issuing officer.
