Mix Master Replacement

The Olmsted County is seeking a contractor to replace the existing mixer unit with a direct replacement at the Olmsted Waste to Energy Facility (OWEF) in Rochester, Minnesota. The awarded contractor will be responsible for disconnecting and removing the existing mixer and installing the new mixer provided by Olmsted County. • The project requires the replacement of the existing mixer unit with a direct replacement. • The contractor must disconnect and remove the existing mixer and install the new mixer provided by Olmsted County. • The project is located at the Olmsted Waste to Energy Facility (OWEF) in Rochester, Minnesota. • A non-mandatory pre-quote meeting will be held on 1/22/2026 at 3:00 PM (CT) at the Waste to Energy Facility.
