Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source contract to LivaNova USA, Inc. for the maintenance and repair of two Heart-Lung Machines and all ancillary systems at the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center. The contract will include preventative maintenance, remedial maintenance, replacement parts, software maintenance, and technician training. The contract period is from August 15, 2026, to August 14, 2031, with four option years.
• The vendor will provide unlimited technical support and remedial maintenance service on the equipment.
• The vendor will supply necessary parts at its own expense.
• The vendor will provide all maintenance and updates for the operating system software.
• The vendor will facilitate all maintenance and service performed on the Heart Lung System with trained technicians.
