Description
The Town of Cumberland is seeking a qualified contractor to replace the spillway at Rawson Pond Dam. The project entails full demolition of the existing spillway system and construction of a new system including sheet‑pile walls, cofferdam, bypass/siphon structures, a stop‑log bay, riprap, and related appurtenances, followed by site restoration and demobilization. Work must comply with extensive water‑control and environmental permits, coordinate drawdowns with local water‑supply reservoirs, and meet strict schedule milestones for substantial and final completion.
