Description
The Argonne National Laboratory is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to support its employee service award program. The program aims to provide a user-friendly platform for employees to select gifts, with features such as customizable options, reminders, and return policy administration. The proposal should include a technical proposal, business management proposal, and cost/price proposal. The technical proposal should address the requirements outlined in the statement of work, including physical capability and capacity, project management capability, site suitability, and past performance. The business management proposal should include financial condition and capability, acceptance period of proposal, authorized representatives, and pre-award information.
• The contract will be awarded based on the best value/trade-off methodology.
• The proposal should be submitted via email to Laura Sanchez by July 24, 2026, at 5:00 PM CDT.
• The offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting a proposal.
• The proposal should include a fully completed and signed "Pre-Award Information and Booklet of Representations and Certifications" with the proposal.
