Description
The Lowell Housing Authority is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide Eviction Moving Services. The contract will be for a three-year period, and the award will be made to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest total bid price for all services. The services include moving and storage services for evictions, relocations, or other similar tasks as determined by the LHA.
• The bidder must have adequate financial resources to perform the contract.
• The bidder must have a satisfactory performance record.
• The bidder must have a satisfactory record of integrity and business ethics.
• The bidder must have a satisfactory record of compliance with public policy.
• The bidder must not have been suspended, debarred, or otherwise determined to be ineligible for award of contracts by the Department of Housing and Urban Development or any other agency of the U.S. Government.
