Description
The U.S. Consulate General in Chennai is seeking qualified vendors to provide a full‑service modernization of the American Center’s technology infrastructure. The effort will cover assessment, design, procurement, installation, integration, testing, and support of hardware, software, networking, and security solutions to bring the facility up to current U.S. Government standards. Vendors must attend a mandatory on‑site visit, register in SAM (if contract value > $40,000), and submit a firm‑fixed‑price quote by the September 15 deadline. The award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer (LPTA).

• Technical queries due Sep 5, 2026; final quote due Sep 15, 2026 (email submission only)
• Firm‑fixed‑price purchase order; GST applicable for Indian vendors
• SAM registration required for contracts > $40,000; no advance payments, Net 30 EFT after completion
• Evaluation based on price, technical compliance, past performance, and ability to provide local support in Chennai
• Scope includes hardware, software, networking, cybersecurity, and related services per attached SOW
