Description
The Missouri Veterans Commission is seeking a contractor to provide pest control services at the Missouri Veterans Home in St. Louis. The services include monthly pest control treatments, fly control services, bed bug heat and chemical treatments, termite soil rod treatments, termite bait stations, and termite control monthly services. The contract period is from the date of award to one year. The contractor must provide pricing for each line item, including renewal periods. The supplier must attach their completed solicitation to the Requirements Section, including all exhibits.
• The services provided must meet the requirements set forth in the solicitation document.
• The contractor must have the necessary experience and qualifications to provide the services.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The contract will be awarded based on the best value to the state.
• The contractor must provide a completed solicitation, including all exhibits, to the Requirements Section.
