Self-Propelled Sprayer

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a self-propelled sprayer through a Request for Quotation (RFQ) process. The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract, and the period of performance will be from the award date to July 1, 2026. The USDA requires the delivery of one self-propelled sprayer, and the offeror must provide pricing for all items. The technical acceptability of the offeror's quotation will be evaluated based on the lowest price technically acceptable criteria. The offeror must provide a manufacturer's specification sheet with all quoted item specifications, which must match the specifications identified in Attachment 1 – Specifications. • The self-propelled sprayer must meet the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics specified in the solicitation. • The offeror must clearly identify the item by brand name, make or model number, and include descriptive literature such as illustrations, drawings, or a clear reference to previously furnished descriptive data or information available to the Contracting Officer. • The offeror must clearly describe any modifications planned to make the product conform to the solicitation requirements.
