The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation seeks a qualified contractor to provide statewide, mobile soda‑blasting services for graffiti, paint, and debris removal from a variety of DCR assets. The contractor must operate a compressed‑air‑driven soda‑blasting system using USDA‑A1 approved sodium bicarbonate media, be able to connect to existing water supplies or provide its own water source, and respond on a 48‑hour emergency basis when needed. The contract is a fee‑for‑service arrangement with hourly rates for one‑person and two‑person crews, a minimum two‑hour billable guarantee per deployment, and a total ceiling of $105,000 over a three‑year base period with a possible two‑year renewal.
