Description
The Workforce Solutions Borderplex is seeking a qualified firm to provide turnkey services, including financing, redevelopment, and operation, for a downtown El Paso childcare facility. The selected firm will be responsible for securing project financing, designing and constructing the facility, and operating it as a licensed Texas childcare operation. The facility will serve over 90 children and must be completed by December 31, 2030. The firm will also be required to commit to a 20-year lease agreement.

• The firm must have experience in managing and operating a licensed and regulated childcare facility.
