NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - MODULA Vertical Lift Module (VLM) components

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) intends to award a commercial sole-source contract to Werres Corporation for the procurement and installation of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) proprietary Modula Vertical Lift Module (VLM) components. The contractor will be required to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, and materials to deliver and install proprietary Modula VLM-3 trays, partitions, and dividers as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). • The contract is for a sole-source award, and no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. • Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this notice by June 30, 2026, 11:59 p.m. PST via email. • The Government has documented its decision that only one responsible source is available to satisfy the agency's requirements. • The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials for the installation of the VLM components.
