F-35 Radar and Das Support

The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) intends to issue a sole-source solicitation to Northrop Grumman for F-35 Radar and Das Support. The contractor will provide program management, engineering services, and execution of required data access and licensing agreements. The scope of work includes sustainment, modernization, configuration and data management, and transition planning. • The contractor shall provide access to source code, technical data, software development environments and tools. • The contractor shall support establishment of testing capabilities at Robins AFB. • Foreign participation is not permitted. This opportunity is for a non-commercial services solicitation to support the 402nd Software Engineering Group (SWEG) in establishing organic initial operating capability (IOC) for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) AN/APG-81 Radar Operational Flight Program (OFP) and AN/AAQ-37 Distributed Aperture System (DAS) OFP.
