Description
The City of Atlanta is seeking qualified contractors to provide citywide clean and close services, including nuisance property cleanup, debris removal, securing unsafe structures, salvage reconciliation, and regulatory compliance documentation. Interested vendors must demonstrate a minimum of three consecutive years of recent experience performing clean and close services and provide five professional references and three years of financial statements.
