Bakersfield National Cemetery Gravesite Expansion

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is soliciting bids for the Bakersfield National Cemetery Gravesite Expansion project. The project includes burial expansion and sitework, headstone support and footing, roadway construction, and FCA deficiencies. The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, management, supplies, transportation, equipment, and supervision to complete the work. The project must be completed within 365 calendar days of the government's issuance of the Notice to Proceed. • The project is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. • The contractor must be registered and verified in the VIP database and have the Certified Veteran Enterprise (CVE) seal on their registration. • The contractor must furnish a Bid Bond, and the awarded contractor will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds. • The project is expected to be between $10M and $20M in magnitude.
