Description
The City of Lewiston is accepting sealed proposals for the Lead Abatement for 128 Oxford Street, which consists of complete paint removal, encapsulation, enclosure, and/or whole component removal of lead-based paint hazards as identified in the lead-based paint inspection report and other incidental work as may be necessary to satisfactorily complete the project. The project includes work such as:
• Lead paint removal
• Encapsulation
• Enclosure
• Whole component removal
• Incidental work as necessary
The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond to ensure completion of the work and the proper fulfillment of the conditions of the Contract.
