The Municipality of Anchorage is seeking a supplier to provide sodium fluorosilicate, a water‑treatment additive, on an “as‑needed” basis for the Eklutna Water Treatment Facility over a four‑year period. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder and includes optional alternates for years 2‑4. The supplier must meet stringent chemical purity and packaging specifications, provide certificates of analysis, and deliver shipments via flat‑bed or enclosed trailer to a site without a functional dock. Payments are Net 30 with a minimum 1 % prompt‑payment discount.
• Quantity: 1,800 bags per year (≈ 99,216 lb) of 55.12 lb (25 kg) bags, with optional alternates for Years 2‑4.
• Delivery: FOB Destination, two shipments per year, 18 pallets per shipment; must arrive within 45 days of PO issuance.
