Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a professional services contractor to provide design services for the Camp Grayling Building 8 project. The contractor will be responsible for providing a complete design based on the approved project/program statement. The scope of work includes schematic design, preliminary design, final design, and construction administration services. The contractor must have demonstrated experience in the successful planning and execution of similar projects in full accordance with all applicable Local, State, and Federal regulations.
• The project requires the contractor to provide a technical proposal and a cost proposal.
• The contractor must have a license to practice in the State of Michigan.
• The contractor must provide a detailed work plan and methodology for accomplishing the project.
• The contractor must provide a budget analysis and identify any potential risks or issues.
• The contractor must provide references and a list of key personnel who will be working on the project.
