Town Hall Emergency Generator Installation

The Town of Pembroke Park is seeking a qualified contractor to provide installation-only services for an emergency generator at the Town Hall. The Town will furnish the emergency generator and Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS), and the contractor will be responsible for coordinating delivery, unloading, rigging, setting in place, securing, protecting, and storing the equipment. The contractor's bid shall include all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, coordination, testing, startup, commissioning, and incidental work necessary to receive, install, connect, integrate, and place into full operational service the Town-furnished equipment. The key aspects of this project include: • Coordinating delivery and installation of the emergency generator and ATS • Providing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the installation • Conducting testing, startup, and commissioning of the equipment • Ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and regulations • Providing complete closeout documentation, including startup reports and warranty registration confirmation
