This solicitation is a sole‑source Quick‑Quote for the provision of manufacturer‑provided hardware and software support services to the WLRH program in Alabama. The State will award a contract not to exceed $25,000 total, renewable annually for up to five years. Vendors must be registered in Alabama Buys, comply with E‑Verify (if they have Alabama employees), and meet all tax, insurance, and qualification requirements. Payments are made electronically, and the State retains the right to inspect delivered goods and services before acceptance.
