Description
The County of Santa Barbara is seeking a construction management firm to provide services for the North Branch Jail Expansion Project. The project includes the construction of a new 78,000 square-foot building, support spaces, and other facilities. The construction manager will be responsible for managing the project's schedule, cost, quality, safety, and scope. The firm will also be involved in the selection of the design-build entity and will provide full-time, on-site construction management during the design and construction phases. The project is expected to last 36 months, and the deadline for submission of proposals is December 4, 2025. Key services include:
