Blood Chemistry Testing - Cost Per Reportable Result

The U.S. Army Health Clinic - Vicenza is seeking a contractor to provide blood chemistry testing services on a cost-per-reportable-result basis. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment, reagents, consumables, and maintenance for the laboratory. The estimated annual clinical chemistry workload is 42,595 tests. The contract will be a fixed-price, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract with a two-month phase-in period and one ordering period from 01 March 2026 to 31 December 2030. • The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, reagents, consumables, and maintenance for the laboratory. • The contractor must perform various blood chemistry tests, including but not limited to: Alanine Amino Transferase, Albumin, Alkaline Phosphatase, Aspartate Amino Transferase, Bilirubin Direct, Bilirubin Total, Blood Urea Nitrogen, Calcium, Carbon Dioxide, Chloride, Cholesterol, C-REACTIVE PROTEIN, Creatine Kinase, Creatinine, Ethanol, Gamma Glutamyl Transferase, Glucose, HDL, Hemoglobin A1C, Iron, LDL, Magnesium, Phosphate, Potassium, Protein Total, Sodium, Transferrin, Triglycerides, and UIBC. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to responding to the solicitation.
