Description
The State of Minnesota is seeking proposals for the provision of Sewer and Pipeline Inspection Equipment to State agencies and its Cooperative Purchasing Venture members on an as-needed basis. The contractor must provide equipment that meets the specifications detailed in Exhibit C: Specifications, Duties, and Scope of Work. The contract term is anticipated to be from February 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027, with the option to extend up to an additional 48 months. The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $400,000 to $750,000.
• The contractor must provide equipment sales literature, technical data, or specifications, a user manual, or other documentation about the product upon request by the State.
• The contractor must provide adequate staff for customer service, order execution, order support, and overall contract management.
• The State reserves the right to award multiple contracts if it is in the State's best interest.
• The State reserves the right to review National Association of Procurement Officers Contracts or other contracts available to the State of Minnesota to determine if it is in the best interest of the State to participate in those contracts in lieu of or in addition to any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation.
