Description
The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) is seeking a contractor to provide statewide transportation services for participants in the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program and similar programs. The contract will be awarded as a Mandatory Statewide contract, and all state agencies and affiliates are required to use this contract. The contractor will be responsible for providing transportation services on an as-needed basis.
Key aspects of the contract include:
• The contract term and any optional renewal terms
• Pricing structure, including cost per role, cost per each, and discount percentage
• Ability to meet or exceed acquisition specifications and requirements
• Proposed service level agreements and statement of work
• Financial information, including audited financial statements and tax returns
• Value-added products and/or services offered
• Business references from clients for whom similar services have been provided
