On-Call Construction Management and Inspection Services: Request for Proposals

The Las Virgenes Municipal Water District is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide construction management and inspection services for multiple projects on an on-call basis. The selected firm will provide construction management and inspection services, including pre-construction phase, construction management, inspection, and coordination, and specialty inspections. The firm will also be responsible for keeping records and providing reports. The contract will be for one year, with up to four potential one-year renewal options, and the total amount paid to any consultant under this on-call contract will not exceed $450,000 per year. • The scope of work includes construction management and inspection services for multiple projects, including water, wastewater, and recycled water pipeline projects, potable and recycled water tank rehabilitation, pump station upgrades, and treatment facility CIPs. • The selected firm will be required to provide project manager/inspector(s) resumes, sample inspection reports, and demonstrate ability to provide specialty inspections, including concrete inspection, electrical inspection, and structural inspections. • The firm will be evaluated based on qualifications and references, schedule of rates, understanding and ability to deliver scope, and sample inspection report and certifications.
