Description
The Oaklyn Board of Education (served through Collingswood Board of Education) seeks a qualified provider to deliver clinical physical‑therapy services to school‑aged children throughout the 2026‑27 academic year. Services must be performed by licensed New Jersey physical therapists, adhere to professional standards, and, if the provider employs more than three staff, the provider must be an approved NJDOE clinic/agency. The contract runs from July 1 2026 to June 30 2027 and will be awarded based on a 100‑point evaluation emphasizing both qualifications and cost.
