Invitation for Police Uniforms and Equipment

The Navajo Police Department is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, fit, customize, and deliver complete police uniforms and associated equipment on a multi‑year, as‑needed basis. The contract covers shirts, trousers, ties, patches, brown trooper hats, web duty belts with accessories, NIJ‑certified soft body‑armor panels and carriers, black polished duty boots, and ongoing fitting, alteration, embroidery, and reporting services. Vendors must be capable of providing extended sizing for men and women, on‑site or virtual fittings, and meet strict delivery and quality standards. • Provide taupe‑gray Class A (long‑sleeve) and Class C (short‑sleeve) shirts, trousers, ties, patches, and brown trooper hats. • Supply black web duty belts with holsters, magazine pouches, handcuff cases, radio holders, OC‑spray case, baton scabbard, etc., plus NIJ‑certified soft body‑armor and carriers. • Deliver black polished 6‑inch and 8‑inch duty boots and conduct all required fitting, alteration, and embroidery services, with optional online ordering portal and quarterly performance reporting.
