The City of Everett is seeking bids for the Corporal Arthur Nelson Play Lot Renovation Project, which includes demolishing and removing the existing playground and site features, implementing erosion and sediment controls, obtaining required permits, and completing site preparation, grading, and drainage/utility work. The project also involves new construction, such as a bituminous concrete half-court basketball court, a splash pad, playground equipment, ADA-accessible concrete walkways, and landscaping. The successful bidder will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the project.
