G-80 Point of Diversions #8 & #13 - Well Contract No. 1 - Station and Yard Piping - US Department of Commerce (EDA) 08-79-05634

The City of Gallup is seeking bids for the installation of new well houses and yard piping at G-80 Well POD-8 and G-80 Well POD-13. The project includes earthwork, well buildings, a gas chlorination system, yard piping, station piping, drainage, head wall, manholes, and other water system appurtenances. The project also includes primary electrical and secondary electrical work with a SCADA control system. The contractor shall coordinate delivery of owner-supplied electrical equipment to job sites. • The project requires a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid sum. • The contractor must have a license issued by the Construction Industries Division (CID) of the New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department. • The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a performance bond and a payment bond each in 100% of the contract amount. • The contractor must warranty all labor, work, and materials for a period of one year.
