Altitude Chambers Contractor Logistics Support for 12 Chambers

The Air Force is seeking information from companies capable of providing Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) for 12 hypobaric altitude chambers at 11 geographically separated sites. The scope of work includes comprehensive operations, maintenance, and sustainment support capabilities, as well as modifications, upgrades, testing, and other support. The contractor will be required to provide logistics support, establish a centralized Help Desk, and manage Government Furnished Property. The contract is expected to commence in the 3rd quarter of CY28 and will have a 1-year base period with five 1-year option periods. • The contractor must possess the capability to provide comprehensive operations, maintenance, and sustainment support capabilities. • The contractor will be required to provide logistics support to maintain and support the Altitude Chambers across all USAF sites. • The contractor must be capable of acting as the Supply Chain Manager and Contractor Inventory Control Point. • The contractor must develop and maintain an ASI 9001 compliant Quality Management System. • The contractor must be capable of identifying, analyzing, and mitigating all Environment, Safety, and Occupational Health risks.
